About Me

Hi, I’m Kameron Chan — a systems thinker by trade and a table tennis lifer by passion.

I’ve spent over two decades immersed in the table tennis community, from my early days as a player to now officiating at some of the highest levels of the sport. As an International Blue Badge Umpire and International Referee, I’ve had the privilege of working across tournaments in Australia and Oceania, helping ensure the game runs with fairness, integrity, and just the right amount of caffeine.

Outside the court, I work as a technical business consultant. My sweet spot is at the intersection of strategy and execution — helping organisations cut through complexity, connect the dots, and deliver digital solutions that actually work. I specialise in IT advisory, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation, with a particular focus on the public sector.

What ties both worlds together for me is curiosity — a desire to understand how systems, people, and decisions all fit (or don’t). Whether it’s officiating a final or mapping a transformation roadmap, I believe in doing work that’s thoughtful, collaborative, and built to last.

I’m also a big believer in paying it forward — mentoring early-career professionals, building inclusive team cultures, and creating opportunities for learning and growth wherever I can.
